We currently ship to Australia and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Shipping time
- Australia (domestic): 3–6 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on orders over $50 AUD / $50 USD.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened products
If your product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@nudieboo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong product, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
